Simplified Matchmaking Process
Match Making is a service where we just search proposals, exchange basic information & contact numbers & arrange family's meeting.
Exclusive Services for Registered Clients
To ensure personalized and secure matchmaking experiences, our services are exclusively available to registered clients.
Pre-Registration Counseling and Discussion
We conduct counseling and discussion sessions with each client prior to their registration.
Fee NON-REFUNDABLE
The registration fee is collected in advance and is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payment Upon Matchmaking Completion
We require the payment of remaining on completion of matchmaking service, finalized at the time of the deal.
Submission Requirements
It is mandatory to submit correct information, copy of CNIC/Passport & Two recent Photographs.
Client Privacy Assurance
We ensure privacy of our clients & critical information (names, complete address, pics, contact numbers etc) are never posted on any social media platform, however, profile & pics might be shared with our colleagues to get match finalized as soon as possible.
No Fixed Match Finalization Timeframe
There is no time limit for finalization of match. The situation differs case to case. It might be finalized very early, late or even not.
Re-Registration Requirement
Client have to Re-register if match doesn't get finalised during validity period/profiles.
Striving for Ideal Matches
We try to find proposals with maximum possible matching requirements, however, matches are always finalized with compromise on some parameters.
Profile Sharing and Selection Process
We share profiles with both sides, it might be rejected/accepted from any/both sides, as everyone has this right. All this practice will be counted one profile working In case of acceptance of profile from both sides, we share family's contact number. Families may visit proposal through pics/audio/video calls/face to face meeting.
Case Closure for Fraudulent Activity
In the event of discovering any instances of cheating, fake information, or fraudulent documents provided by the client, all services will be immediately ceased, and the case will be closed.
Finalization Fee Timing
The finalization fee will be charged promptly upon the match's successful conclusion, which may occur at the Engagement, Dua e Khair, or First Rasam stage. We do not delay the fee collection until the wedding ceremony, Nikah, or Rukhsati.
