Process and Terms & Conditions

• Match Making is a service where we just search proposals, exchange basic information & contact numbers & arrange family's meeting.
• Services are provided to Registered clients only.
• Counselling & discussion session is held with each client before registration.
• Registration fee is ADVANCE & NON-REFUNDABLE /NON-TRANSFERABLE
• We require the payment of remaining on completion of matchmaking service, finalized at the time of the deal.
• It is mandatory to submit correct information, copy of CNIC/Passport & Two recent Photographs.
• We ensure privacy of our clients & critical information (names, complete address, pics, contact numbers etc) are never posted on any social media platform, however, profile & pics might be shared with our colleagues to get match finalized as soon as possible.
• There is no time limit for finalization of match. The situation differs case to case. It might be finalized very early, late or even not.
• Client have to Re-register if match doesn't get finalised during validity period/profiles.
• We try to find proposals with maximum possible matching requirements, however, matches are always finalized with compromise on some parameters.
• We share profiles with both sides, it might be rejected/accepted from any/both sides, as everyone has this right. All this practice will be counted one profile working In case of acceptance of profile from both sides, we share family's contact number. Families may visit proposal through pics/audio/video calls/face to face meeting.
• Working will be stopped & case will be closed in case of finding any cheating, fake information, fake documents etc from client.
• Finalization Fee will be charged soon after match gets finalized i.e at Engagement/Dua e Khair/First Rasam (We don't wait for wedding ceremony/Nikah/Rukhsati etc)
